Position Job Function Qualifications
Registrar
One (1) slot
  • Undertakes primary liaison with the Technical Education and Skills Development (TESDA) on matters related to application for the opening of new program offerings, increases in tuition fees and compliance with administrative and regulatory guidelines
  • Enforces regulations promulgated by government regulatory bodies and the School on entrance requirements, admission credentials (including foreign students), enrolment, load, transfer, promotions, removal of incomplete grades, graduation, suspension or dismissal of students and other disciplinary measures
  • Develops, manages and monitors the implementation of admission, registration, enrolment, graduation and transfer policies, processes and procedures in accordance with the policies of TESDA in coordination with the Academic Heads
  • A bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
  • Proven work experience of at least three (3) years in the servicing and maintenance of student academic records and related school work
  • Computer literacy (i.e., MS Office applications)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain cooperative relations in a calm and tactful manner and in handling confidential information & records
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with high level of attention to details
Automotive Technician Instructor
Six (6) slots
  • Responsible in preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements and curriculum outcomes
  • Provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills
  • A degree in teaching or with a diploma/certificate in education or in a specialized training program related to automotive and required license/s by the appropriate government agency as prescribed by TESDA
  • Preferably with valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and controlling skills as well as creative, energetic and committed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with high level of attention to details
  • Strong moral values and discipline to serve as role model to students
