This is the second time in succession since the founding of TMP Tech that a graduate brings honor to its alma mater by bringing home the TESDA competition gold medal. In April 2015, John Clifford Asis, an alumnus of Graduating Class of 2015, topped the same competition.

The event was co-organized by the Association of Laguna Technical Institutions, Inc. and Laguna League of Accredited Competency Assessors.
